Job description

Our client (Mutual Fund Firm) located in Midtown, NY is seeking Senior Citrix Systems Engineer - 4 day on site / 1 remote work schedule model.

Seeking passional IT Infrastructure Engineer - and a great team player - to be a part of Infrastructure collaborative team

you will assist in operations and engineering of global systems in Windows and Citrix environments This role is in a 7x24 IT operation - must be open to participate in the support on the rotation basis. Provide support to back-office applications (Trading platforms, and Fund accounting systems)
Support network hardware / software, with a focus on Citrix and Windows environments, including both configuration design & implementation on customer-facing solutions.
Maintain related documentation
Assist help desk support group in resolving escalated issues.
Participate in capacity planning and performance monitoring .
Assist with day to day management of server environment.

Minimum Requirements :

8+ years of experience working in IT infrastructure, preferably in a trading environment.

Experience in Citrix configuration deployments. (will learn Citrix Cloud!)

Experience implementing and engineer solutions (on-prem and cloud data centers).

Experience in systems engineering of Windows Servers, Exchange, and Active Directory.

Strong experience in Active Directory.

Knowledge of Office 365, Azure-AD.

Knowledge of infrastructure security and authentication processes

Experience with identity management; PowerShell scripting

Ability to support multiple globally dispersed locations.

P owerShell, Azure DevOps toolset, CI / CD - plus.
