Job description

Job Title : AI & Systems Engineer - Hybrid Role (Boston, MA)

Salary : $135,000 - $145,000 per year (depending on experience)

What will the AI & Systems Engineer do?

Deploy and maintain AI-powered tools (e.g., Copilot, LLMs) to support business workflows

Support cloud and on-prem infrastructure (Windows / Linux, M365, Azure, VMWare, Nutanix)

Collaborate on service delivery, business continuity, and operational improvement initiatives

Research and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and security

Provide training and support across departments on AI systems and applications

Participate in a rotating 24x7 on-call support schedule

What the company needs in an AI & Systems Engineer :

7+ years of IT infrastructure experience, ideally in a professional services or legal environment

Proven hands-on experience implementing AI systems and applications

Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell), REST API and SQL knowledge

Familiarity with ML libraries and LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)

Excellent communication and training skills

Passion for AI and its practical application in secure, data-sensitive environments
