• Serves as Chief for the Sentara Behavioral Health Service Line
• Adult and Geriatric Psychiatry only
• Leads, guides, guides programs, and sets clinical goals
• Will establish clinical KPIs
• Takes program into the future
• Programmatic build
• Interfaces with operational and executive leaders
• Competitive Base Salary plus quality performance incentive bonuses
• Oversees in and outpatient care
