A company is looking for a Medical Director for long term care.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure outstanding medical care and optimal health outcomes for residents

Provide direct patient care while overseeing quality assurance and clinical leadership

Supervise Nurse Practitioners and manage clinical operations

Required Qualifications

Licensed to practice medicine in Delaware or eligible for licensure

Experience and interest in providing medical care to older adults

Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine preferred

Full-time availability for a 40-hour workweek

Ability to work flexible hours, including options for a compressed workweek
