A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist (Shift Wed-Sun, 3pm-11pm CST) Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Support customers by assessing inbound tickets and live chats regarding product issues and account questions
Communicate professionally and empathetically to resolve customer issues
Manage customer tickets within the case queue and escalate advanced cases as necessary
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in software
Familiarity with tools such as Zendesk, Slack, Excel, and Outlook
Passion for continual learning and willingness to be coached
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional phone etiquette and strong listening skills
