Truck Driver Top Pay and Benefits : Pay Range : 0.75 CPM – $0.80 CPM 0.02 CPM monthly, 18,000 – 18,999 miles 0.03 CPM monthly, 19,000 – 19,999 miles 0.05 CPM monthly, 20,000 + miles Eligibility requirements apply Annual Compensation Reviews Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and ESOP.
