Job description

A company is looking for a Support Engineer to assist in managing recovery efforts for production processes and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Communicate with clients and management regarding production events, escalating issues as necessary Act as a liaison between technical and operational teams, troubleshooting application support and file processing issues Monitor support ticket queue and troubleshoot issues independently, collaborating with engineering or support groups as needed Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related technical field, or equivalent training / certification 3-5+ years of experience in developing / supporting enterprise-level applications in multi-node Windows or Linux Server environments Deep knowledge of application architectures, workflows, and monitoring tools Strong experience with SQL, Oracle, PL / SQL, and scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash Ability to work in a cross-functional global team environment and troubleshoot application issues
