Lead Mechanic

Albert Farms Inc is currently seeking a Lead Mechanic.

COMPENSATION IS NEGOTIABLE FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE

Experience in both diesel mechanics and small engine repair required. The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong problem solving and communication skills.

In addition to maintaining our fleet of local and over-the-road semis and trailers, the Lead will assist the Shop Supervisor in overseeing daily operations.

This may include :

• Customer Service
• Scheduling (both company and customer vehicles for service and repair)
• Scheduling and Coaching Team Members
• Project Management
• Purchasing
• Ensuring adherence to safety standards and OSHA regulations
• Maintaining a clean and productive environment for customers and employees

COMPENSATION IS NEGOTIABLE FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE
