JOB SUMMARY :
As an Advanced Accounting Assistant, you will be responsible for managing vendor accounts, ensuring timely A / P processes, and resolving invoice-related issues with accuracy and efficiency. This role demands a proactive approach to maintain effective relationships with vendors and an aptitude for leveraging technology to streamline accounting processes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Manage EDI invoice troublebox maintenance efficiently.
- Conduct thorough credit memo review and research.
- Create shortage and / or pricing claims as needed.
- Acquire and finalize vendor statements and reconciliation.
- Ensure swift response to vendor communications and acquire necessary proof of delivery.
Must have Skills
Industry Experience Required :
Experience in a role leveraging analytics tools (R, SAS, Tableau - preferred) and some familiarity with Python is advantageous. A background in environments that require dealing with ambiguity and fast-paced operational demands is essential.
