• Description : Covenant HealthCare is seeking a full-time Neurosurgeon tojoin a high-performing surgical team at its 650-bed acute care hospital andLevel II Trauma Center in Saginaw Michigan.JobDescription : As a Neurosurgeon at Covenant HealthCare responsibilitieswill include : Performing a full range of cranial and spinal neurosurgical procedures Collaborating with neurologists neurointerventional radiologists and other specialists to provide comprehensive multidisciplinary care Interpreting advanced diagnostic imaging MRI CT angiograms to guide clinical decision-making Providing consultations assessments and follow-up care in both inpatient and outpatient settings Participating in the teaching and mentoring of medical students residents and fellows Delivering patient-centered care with professionalism empathy and high surgical standards Practicing at a Level II Trauma Center with access to advanced facilities and support servicesAccepting H-1B Visa OnlyCompensation and Benefits : Competitive negotiable base salary with productivity incentives Sign-on bonus retention bonus quality bonus relocation assistance and other negotiable incentives Comprehensive medical dental and vision insurance coverage Retirement savings plan with employer contributions Paid time off for vacation holidays and sick leave Continuing Medical Education CME allowance Relocation assistance if applicable Employer is a 501c3 not-for-profit which may qualify for federal loan forgiveness programs
