The Customer Development Manager serves as a strategic liaison between the company and its customers, managing daily interactions and fostering strong, collaborative relationships. This role is responsible for driving business growth through effective planning, execution, and category-level expertise, while ensuring alignment with corporate policies. Additionally, the position oversees and develops Business Analysts to support customer initiatives and performance goals. This position requires approximately 50% travel to meet with customers and support field execution.

What You'll Do

• Responsible for the development / execution of business planning with the customer (including the selling assortment, new product execution, pricing, in-store merchandising and promotion plans) in the achievement of scorecard targets.
• Provide category-level customer expertise.
• Ensures customer compliance with corporate policies.
• Responsible for training, development and management of Business Analysts.
