Position Summary :

Were hiring a Nurse Practitioner (AGNP or CNP) to join our mobile care team with a focus on wound care. Whether youre certified in wound care or want to bewell pay for your training and certification. Enjoy the freedom of working independently without the pressure of a traditional clinic.

Key Responsibilities :

• Travel to and treat patients in assisted living and memory care settings
• Evaluate wounds, manage chronic health conditions, and coordinate advanced care
• Collaborate closely with community staff, physicians, and families
• Document thoroughly and communicate proactively
