Responsibilities

Hands-on leadership on the floor : work the line, greet guests, and coach the team through every shift to deliver exceptional service and food.

Lead one of the Boston-area locations with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Drive local promotions, seasonal offerings, and initiatives to engage guests and boost revenue.

Oversee financial and operational performance, use data to inform decisions, streamline processes, and ensure a consistent guest experience.

Build and develop inclusive, collaborative teams; foster open communication, accountability, and a positive, people-first culture.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience as an AGM or equivalent in a fast-casual or full-service restaurant

Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to team engagement

Financial fluency with P&Ls, labor, COGS, and inventory management

Experience managing diverse, high-performing teams

Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills

Passion for hospitality, sustainability, and guest satisfaction

Ability to travel briefly during the training period
