Dream Nannies is currently seeking a Nanny / House Manager for a warm and loving family in Charlotte, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children and be passionate about creating a nurturing and engaging environment for their sweet and active 3-year-old son. This position requires 40 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours based on the family's needs.

As their Nanny / House Manager, your responsibilities will include assisting with various household duties such as making supply lists, running occasional errands, meal prepping food for the child, organizing projects, and taking him to new and exciting activities in the local area. They have various subscriptions in the area and want their nanny to keep him entertained and involved in various activities. You will occasionally have to help with after school pickup. You will play a vital role in supporting the family's daily routines and ensuring that their son receives exceptional care during his developmental years.

Additionally, this family values long-term commitment and hopes to find a nanny who can become an integral part of their family. As the father frequently travels for work, flexibility is essential, including overnights, occasional weekends, and light travel as the family goes on multiple trips each year. The position offers guaranteed 40 hours per week at a rate of $25 - 30 per hour.
