Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Nurse, located in Denton, TX. The Nurse will be responsible for providing direct care to residents, administering medications, conducting health assessments, and creating care plans. The Nurse will also collaborate with the medical and therapeutic teams to ensure treatment is coordinated and comprehensive, maintain accurate medical records, and provide health education and support for residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of Texas
• Experience in mental health, substance use treatment, or adolescent care
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and care planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
• Experience in a residential treatment center is a plus
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing
