Platinum Ridge Center for Nursing & Healing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic rehabilitation team. We are committed to providing exceptional patient-centered care and delivering high-quality therapy services that support our residents in achieving their highest level of function and independence.

What You’ll Do :

Provide therapeutic interventions under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist

Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans

Deliver evidence-based care to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional performance

Accurately document treatments and progress in accordance with facility and regulatory standards

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for our residents

Participate in care planning, family education, and interdisciplinary meetings as needed

What We’re Looking For :

Active Pennsylvania PTA license (or eligibility to obtain)

Strong clinical skills and a passion for working with the geriatric population

Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities

Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care
