Seminole Classic Casino is seeking a dedicated professional for a security role. This position is pivotal in ensuring the safety and security of patrons, employees, and the company's assets.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will :
- Promote a positive, customer-oriented personality at all times.
- Provide basic security coverage to ensure adequate protection for the safety and assets of patrons, employees, and the company.
- Ensure proper security for all transfers of monies within the casino and hotel areas.
- Patrol casino areas to establish a security presence and report any unusual situations or suspicious persons.
- Complete all required checklists for inventory and inspections of supplies and equipment.
- Notify a supervisor of any problems with equipment and / or supplies and note supplies that require replenishing.
- Replace supplies as necessary and report missing supplies to a supervisor.
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include :
High School Diploma or equivalent.Previous customer service experience.Ability to present an image of excitement, enthusiasm, and outgoing personality while projecting a professional appearance.Ability to deliver a service level that creates an atmosphere making guests want to return, providing a positive, memorable entertainment experience.Effective communication skills in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.The work environment includes :
Ability to work in a smoking environment.Ability to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations.Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.Ability to use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.Specific vision abilities required include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, and depth perception.Position requires bending, lifting, and carrying supplies and equipment up to 25 lbs.Closing :
