A company is looking for an Executive Director to lead its initiatives and programs. Key Responsibilities Implement and develop the strategic plan while overseeing day-to-day operations Lead and mentor staff, volunteers, and contract personnel to fulfill the organization's mission Develop and execute fundraising strategies to secure financial support from various sources Required Qualifications Five or more years of experience in nonprofit leadership, including staff development and strategic planning Proven track record in successful fundraising and donor relations Experience in managing and mentoring staff and volunteers Bachelor's degree required Must be authorized to work in the United States
