Job description
A company is looking for a Work at Home Customer Service Advisor for Ohio residents.
Key Responsibilities
Research, process, and resolve inquiries related to health insurance benefits and eligibility
Document interactions and relay detailed information to customers and team members
Provide timely solutions through various communication channels while maintaining a positive attitude
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Two or more years of customer service experience
Typing speed of 30+ words per minute
Availability to work shifts within the center's operational hours
Ohio residency with access to high-speed, hardwired internet
