Job descriptionStrong commitment to safety and quality. Ability to operate and maintain heavy machinery. Excellent problem-solving skills. Physical capability to handle the demands of the job. Flexibility to work varying shifts and overtime as needed. Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug / alcohol screen, and background check. Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level. $25.11 per hour. 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions. - Operate various tools and machinery as needed.
- Perform general labor tasks around the plant.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
