School Nurse (RN) -Middleborough, MA

Duration : 2025-2026 School Year

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 30 AM-3 : 30 PM

Compensation : Up to $52 / hr based on experience

Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as the school nurse for grades 1-5. This role is essential in promoting student health and wellness while ensuring compliance with district policies and Massachusetts Department of Public Health guidelines.

Responsibilities include :

Provide nursing care for students and staff, including acute care, emergency response, and chronic condition management.

Maintain health records, monitor immunizations, and document care accurately.

Conduct mandated screenings, make referrals, and coordinate follow-up care.

Develop individualized health care plans and support IEP / 504 accommodations.

Communicate effectively with students, families, staff, and healthcare providers.

Deliver health education and promote wellness initiatives.

Participate in professional development and maintain licensure.

Cover field trips and assist with district health policies.

Qualifications :

Current RN license in Massachusetts.

Experience in pediatric or school nursing preferred.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
