Your Role as a PM RN

Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care during the afternoon and evening shifts

Monitor resident health status and implement physician orders including medications and treatments

Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and update individualized care plans

Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other care staff to deliver excellent resident care

Maintain professional nursing documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies

Participate in resident assessments, infection control, rehabilitation support, and emergency preparedness

What You Bring

Current Wisconsin RN license and CPR certification

Strong clinical skills and compassionate bedside manner

Ability to work flexible PM shifts and effectively communicate within a team

Commitment to maintaining resident dignity and safety
