Position : Nurse Practitioner, NP - Home Care and Hospice

Shift : AAs Needed Scheduling- Monday-Friday, 8 hour day shifts with weekend and holiday requirement

Experience :

2 years Nurse Practitioner experience preferred in Home Care and Hospice

Minimum of 2 years Nursing experience in Home Care and Hospice preferred.

Education :

Completion of a Nurse Practitioner program required.

MSN Required.

Licensures / Certifications :

Licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing Examiners as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner.

Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc / American Red Cross) required.

May require PALS (pediatric advanced life support).

Successful completion of the MLH credentialing process through the Medical Staff office, with temporary or permanent privileges approved.
