As a Registered Nurse in our Cardiac Telemetry unit, you will coordinate and implement nursing care for patients with cardiac conditions, ensuring their comfort and well-being in a fast-paced environment.

Position Highlights :

• Coordinate and implement timely and accurate nursing care.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, establishing tailored care plans based on individual needs.
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to evaluate patient progress and modify care plans accordingly.
• Facilitate discharge planning and post-discharge needs for patients.

Position Requirements :

Workplace Experience :

Experience in adult medical-surgical patient care or cardiac telemetry is preferred.
