Key responsibilities include elevating the standard of care, mentoring medical leaders, and utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to optimize clinical teams while ensuring sustainable business performance. Applicants should possess a Bachelor's Degree, a DVM, and have successfully completed a 1-year rotating internship, along with at least 10 years of experience in clinical practice as an emergency or board-certified specialty clinician. A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple hospitals or with revenues exceeding $100MM is essential.
