We are seeking a Board Eligible / Board Certified Psychiatric Medical Director with a proven history in telepsychiatry and psychiatric administration. The ideal candidate will have the skills and vision to lead and expand our psychiatric program while maintaining a strong commitment to clinical care.

Key Responsibilities :

Administrative Leadership (40%) :

Lead efforts to grow and broaden the reach of our psychiatric services.

• Oversee the development and management of a robust outcomes monitoring system to enhance patient care.
• Improve patient outcomes through evidence-based practice implementation.
• Direct a peer-review program to ensure high standards of care.
• Supervise Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and foster a collaborative work environment.
