This remote position is central to the client journeymanaging inquiries, preparing proposals, scheduling appointments, and ensuring every communication and deliverable is polished and on time. Key Responsibilities :
Respond to incoming client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Support Sales and Design teams by preparing estimates, proposals, and presentations.
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and project information.
Schedule client meetings, showroom tours, and on-site consultations.
Manage communications and handoffs between sales, design, project management, and accounting.
Send follow-up emails, contracts, and client-facing documents.
Track sales leads from various marketing sources and ensure timely follow-ups.
Coordinate with marketing to maintain sales materials and visual assets.
Provide administrative support such as data entry, report generation, and file organization.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales coordination, client relations, or admin supportluxury design or construction industry preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
Polished communication skills with excellent grammar and writing abilities.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills; highly detail-oriented.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com, etc.).
Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.
Comfortable interacting with high-end clientele in a professional manner.
Sales or Customer Service certification preferred.
