A major hotel and meetings property in Baltimore is adding an Event Manager to its busy Events & Catering team. This position supports large conferences, meetings, and social programs, ensuring every detail is executed with precision and hospitality.

Highlights

• Over 700 guest rooms and 100,000 sq. ft. of flexible meeting and banquet space
• Manage assigned events from planning through wrap-up, acting as the main client contact
• Partner with Sales, Culinary, and Banquet teams to coordinate logistics and service delivery
• Create BEOs, timelines, and setups; identify upsell opportunities and creative touches
