Description :
This is a Nurse Shift Manager position.
The Nurse Shift Manager will provide direct patient care when necessary.
They are expected to assist with patient care as needed, including triaging ambulance patients, starting IVs, and administering medications.
The Nurse Shift Manager will fulfill the Charge Nurse role and manage the department.
They will provide support wherever it is required within the department.
Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring quality patient care, and addressing departmental needs.
