Location : Aurora St Lukes Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215

Schedule : Work nights with flexible 8 and 12 hr shifts, a rotation every third weekend, and holiday rotation.

Incentives : Receive a sign-on bonus of $15,000 for the 3rd Shift, student loan forgiveness up to $20,000, and tuition assistance up to $7,200. RN referrals can earn a bonus of $5,000 for Advocate Aurora teammates. We are also a military / veteran-friendly employer.

Unit Overview : Join our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit, caring for a complex patient population including :

• Post-operative care for craniotomies, AVMs, and tumor resections
• Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries
• Patients recovering from hemorrhagic and ischemic strokes as part of our Comprehensive Stroke Program
• A high volume of cervical and spinal surgery patients, along with medical overflow cases
