Accountabilities include assessment and planning, coordination of care, resource utilization management and / or review, discharge planning, documentation of interventions, regulatory compliance and patient advocacy. Required Qualifications : Associate's Degree - Nursing degree / diploma upon hire. Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire. 2 years - Acute care experience in a Medical Surgical or Inpatient setting. Preferred Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree - Nursing or higher within 3 years of hire.
