Skilled home care experience- Will not accept private duty nursing experience only

Must have home health experience with OASIS training and experience.

License : FL / Compact state

Other requirements : \n1 year experience required\nMust have valid drivers license and car to make home visits.\nMust be COVID vaccinated or with exemption form on file.\nMust have flu shot or declination and in both cases mandatory mask wearing at all times while at work.\nBased on the needs of the HomeCare office, the visits and hours will be self-scheduled
