I'm partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization in the south suburbs of Chicago to identify a strong Warehouse Supervisor who enjoys being hands-on and leading from the floor.

This is a mid-level leadership role overseeing raw materials warehouse operations in a production environment. If you thrive in fast-paced settings and take pride in safety, accuracy, and team accountability, this could be a great fit.

What you'll be doing :

• Oversee daily warehouse operations (raw materials, inbound freight, production fulfillment)
• Lead and support warehouse staff with a strong focus on safety and accountability
• Coordinate cross-functionally with production and operations
• Monitor inventory, optimize warehouse space, and improve efficiency
• Ensure accurate system data and material flow
• Support performance management and continuous improvement initiatives
