The Role & Your Mission

We’re looking for a Frontend Engineering Team Lead who can manage and lead our frontend engineering team. You will lead people, maintain a healthy working environment, plan long‑term architecture initiatives, set a high bar of excellence, grow the team, and drive architectural direction and roadmap execution. This position reports directly to the CTO.

What You’ll Own

• Directly manage a growing team of 4 frontend engineers
• Hire and retain extraordinary frontend engineers
• Set the bar for engineering performance and quality standards
• Conduct performance reviews for direct reports
• Maintain a healthy, productive working environment for engineers
• Plan and execute frontend architectural investments in coordination with product and engineering leadership
