The Executive Director will also be responsible for diversified fundraising, financial management, and creating a culture of anti-oppression and equity within the organization.
Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' of senior leadership experience in dance or the performing arts, with a proven track record in fundraising and fiscal management. The role requires a commitment to anti-oppression and equity, as well as strong organizational and team leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be an agile and creative entrepreneurial thinker, capable of balancing day-to-day management with long-term planning.
