Facility : Mercy Health Lourdes Hospital

Start Date : August

End Date : Ongoing

Rate : $2000 24hr Call w / 4 hr Gratis

Regular : $250 per hour

Callback : $275 per hour

Hospital based coverage only

Number of Operating Rooms : 12

Number of General Surgeons in Practice : 3

Board Certified : REQUIRED

Active KY license : will accept IMLC

EMR : Epic

Coverage Details :

Starting August (2 weeks of coverage per month through 2023)

Only 1 week of coverage per month beyond 2023
