Position Highlights

• Join a well-established outpatient primary care clinic in a strong, growing network under Astrana Health ownership.
• Outpatient only - no hospital or inpatient responsibilities.
• Clinic operates like a private practice with full administrative and operational support from Astrana Health.
• Team-based care model with 2 MDs and 2 NPs
• Full-time preferred (Monday-Friday, 8 : 30 AM-5 : 00 PM) - open to 4-day work week or 0.8 FTE arrangements
• Average 20 patients per day , managing a panel of ~300 members.
• Supportive, collegial culture focused on quality care and manageable workloads.
