Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.
Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including mental status and safety evaluations.
Facilitate psycho-educational groups and community meetings.
Coordinate interdisciplinary care, optimizing patient outcomes.
Provide trauma-informed care and respond to emergency situations.
Record observations, behaviors, and interventions.
Shift : 6 : 45pm - 7 : 15am
Core Schedule : Week 1 Wed, Sat; Week 2 Sun, Mon

Job Requirements
Required
Associate Degree in Nursing
Oregon RN License
AHA BLS within 30 days
First Aid within 30 days
Food Handler Permit within 30 days
Oregon Driver's License (with a clean driving record)

$53.22 - $74.35 / hour
