Job Description :
We are on the lookout for dedicated, patient-focused physicians licensed in at least three states to join our team. Whether your background lies in primary care, internal medicine, addiction medicine, emergency medicine, or urgent care, this position provides a chance to practice modern, high-quality medicine without the limitations of a traditional practice environment. While most services are conducted virtually, in-person hybrid opportunities may be available.
Responsibilities :
- Deliver exceptional virtual care through patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate medical treatment.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while building therapeutic doctor-patient relationships.
- Order and interpret lab tests as necessary to make informed, high-quality treatment decisions.
- Prescribe medications and provide expert guidance on their proper usage (QuickMD does not prescribe controlled substances, except for buprenorphine for opioid addiction treatment).
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, experienced nurses, and dedicated support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care.
- Stay abreast of medical advancements, telehealth innovations, and best practices.
Requirements :
An active medical license in at least three U.S. states, preferably five, with a willingness to obtain additional licenses (assistance and costs covered).It is critical to hold licenses in at least five states and / or three or more of the following states : CA, FL, NC, PA, TX.Experience treating patients in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings.Able to schedule and work at least 15 core hours weekly (8 AM-6 PM locally), over four days each week, with scheduling at least one week in advance.Strong communication skills and a dedication to medical excellence.Comfortable using telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided).A passion for expanding access to care and making a meaningful impact.At least one DEA certification and applicable Controlled Substance License (if required).Why Top Physicians Choose QuickMD :
