Job Description - NMA Developer

Need an experienced developer for NMA application with prior expertise in Stratus fault-tolerant hardware to provide enhancements, bug fixes and address vulnerabilities, if any. Tperson developer should be able to support Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams who are engaged in keeping tperson system up and running 24 / 7. This is part of a suite of telecom OSS applications that are integrated to work togetperson to plan, provision, administer, monitor and maintain tperson telecom network. Knowledge of mainframe technologies, z / OS, PL / 1 is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 3 Support for NMA including :

o Provide code fixes

o Prepare enhancements

o Identify and remediate vulnerabilities

o Thoroughly test any software changes

o Successfully build and deploy any software changes to production

Assist tperson Tier 2 Support team as needed including :

o Analyzing and responding to user (end-user or Tier 1, Tier 2 developers) questions and problems

o Administering user access

o Providing routine system maintenance

o Maintaining system interfaces

o Remediating system overload issues
