Key Responsibilities :

• Administer nursing services to all residents in your assigned neighborhood or program.
• Train and mentor newly hired team members, as well as provide skill set retraining as needed.
• Manage physician orders, ensuring all orders are accurately transcribed into the electronic record system and treatment plan, while administering medications and treatments per protocol.
• Lead and provide guidance to both clinical and non-clinical team members.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate the care provided to residents.
• Document residents' conditions and nursing needs with accuracy and timeliness, reporting essential observations and reactions promptly.
• Administer treatments and document the status of residents, observing their reactions to medications and treatments.
• Facilitate admissions, discharges, and transfers to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Conduct admissions as directed by the physician, performing assessments and coordinating with pharmacy, laboratory, and other departments as necessary.
• Provide a comprehensive report to the incoming shift to ensure continuity of optimal resident care.
