Application Development & Maintenance
Information Technology oversees the effective development, delivery, and operation of computing and information services. This function anticipates, plans, and delivers Information Technology solutions and strategies that enable operations and drive business value.
Application Development & Maintenance performs configuration or coding to develop, enhance and sustain the organization's software systems in a cross-functional team environment through adherence to established design control processes and good engineering practices. This job family programs and configures end user applications, systems, databases and websites to achieve the organization's internal needs and externally-facing business needs. Application Development & Maintenance partners with business leaders, investigates user needs and conducts regular assessments, maintenance and enhancements of existing applications.
Responsibilities
- Execution and management of the SAP Finance functionality that supports the enterprise
- Responsible for IT Controls, SOX compliance, and Audit findings in finance functional areas
- Overall solution ownership of incidents, defects, enhancements, and new build for SAP Finance
- Planning, monitoring, organizing, and delivering projects.
- Attract, retain, and develop talent.
- Maintain relationships with all key stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and direction to the teams during problem solving and crisis management.
- Collaborating with other process tower leaders (OTC, PTP, SCE, RTR, R&I, and non-SAP systems) to ensure a cohesive solution
Qualifications
8-12 years of experience, preferredBachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred10+ years' experience in SAP Finance Build / Run, preferredFull-Cycle SAP Finance implementation experienceSAP Finance Solution discovery, options analysis and build guidance.Strong collaboration and leadership skillsStrong business acumen in finance and accountingSuperior knowledge of processes and technology with deep hands-on knowledge in all the areas of the SAP Finance domainPrior work experience in SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) is a plusExcellent organizational skillsWhat is expected of you and others at this level
