Ellsworth Adhesives, a global distributor of specialty chemicals and equipment and adhesive manufacturer, has a Senior Chemical Process Engineer opportunity in the KitPackers (KPRL) Division located in Germantown, WI. This role offers a hybrid schedule out of the Germantown facility.

Responsibilities

• Leads root cause investigations and implements corrective / preventive actions to resolve internal or external customer complaints related to material or processing issues for a Business Unit(s).
• Directs the commercialization process for new products by implementing the manufacturing process and testing protocols to ensure finished products meet safety, performance and cost expectations.
• Assigns in-process batch adjustments and scales production batches to meet product performance specifications.
• Analyzes production, test data and internal specifications to optimize process capability, efficiency and cost.
• Dispositions non-conforming material, including assigning internal deviations, and assesses costs and responsibility.
