Summary : We are looking for a highly skilled and versatile IT Manager to lead the strategic and operational management of our cloud infrastructure, Microsoft ecosystem, e-commerce technologies, engineering platforms (SolidWorks and PDM), and other systems. This role is critical in ensuring seamless integration across business, driving innovation, and supporting scalable growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Cloud Platforms

  • Manage secure, scalable cloud infrastructure, primarily on Microsoft Azure (Synapse Link, Data Lake, Synapse Analytics, Logic Apps)
  • Oversee cloud governance, cost optimization, and performance monitoring

Microsoft Dynamics

  • Manage and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, Operations, Sales, Customer Insights, Field Service). This also includes the integrations to communication platforms such as RingCentral (telecommunications), Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Collaborate with business units to streamline processes and improve data visibility with Microsoft's Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
  • Oversee system upgrades, integrations, and vendor relationships
  • Engineering Systems

  • Administer and support SolidWorks and 3DExperience PDM environments
  • Ensure integration between engineering tools and enterprise systems (e.g. Microsoft Finance & Operations)
  • Partner with engineering teams to support product development workflows and data management
  • E-commerce Platforms

  • Oversee the IT infrastructure supporting Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC)
  • Ensure secure, high-performance, and scalable digital commerce operations
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support digital initiatives and customer experience
  • Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead a cross-functional IT team, providing mentorship and performance management
  • Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business, engineering, and digital goals
  • Establish IT policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Coordinates training for employees on information technology platforms
  • Security & Compliance

  • Implement cybersecurity best practices across all platforms
  • Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and disaster recovery planning
  • Education and / or Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in IT leadership roles with experience in cloud platforms, ERP / CRM systems, engineering tools, and e-commerce.
  • Strategic thinking with a hands-on, problem-solving approach
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Certifications (preferred) :
  • Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect Expert

  • Microsoft Certified : Dynamics Functional Consultant
  • SolidWorks or 3DExperience PDM Administrator Certification
  • ITIL or PMP
