Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Long Term Care Discipline : RN Start Date : 12 / 14 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, nights Employment Type : Travel Job Title : RN – Rehabilitation Location : 1555 Long Pond Rd, Rochester, NY 14626 Shift : 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM Schedule : 3x12, Every Other Weekend Required Required Skills & Experience :

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• Experience in Acute Rehab strongly preferred
• Must be able to float to Medical-Surgical units as needed
• EPIC EMR experience highly preferred Required Certification & Licensure :
• Active NY RN License required at time of submission
