Inside Sales Representative

The Rustman Agency is seeking motivated and personable Inside Sales Representatives to join our fast-growing remote team You’ll work directly with warm leads to educate clients on life insurance options and help them secure financial protection for themselves and their loved ones You’ll be a trusted guide who helps clients make confident decisions—all from the comfort of your home

In this role you will

Engage with inbound leads through phone text and virtual meetings

Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions

Build rapport and guide clients through the application process

Follow up with potential clients and maintain strong relationships

Track your progress using our CRM system

Meet or exceed performance and sales goals
