Job Description :
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all processes related to inventory management, material handling, and distribution are executed efficiently and safely. This role manages all warehouse staff, coordinates incoming and outgoing deliveries, and maintains clear communication with drivers, site teams, and internal departments such as Procurement and Operations.

What You Will Do :
Manage all employees and operations of the warehouseReceive deliveries and stock material in the Warehouse in an organized mannerOversee order preparation for delivery to sitesCommunicate daily schedule to warehouse employees and driversTrack & relay inventory to Project CoordinatorEnsure the Warehouse is clean and organized to comply with safety regulationsCheck in and out with appropriate site staff and receive sign off on delivered materialsEnsure warehouse security in coordination with Operations ManagerCheck cameras are active and secure
All warehouse & vehicle keys securedWarehouse is locked up and secure prior to departureUse and operate forklifts per OSHA standardsWork with procurement division and Operations for efficient operationsLift and manage material / inventory in a safe mannerManage crew members to satisfy all daily site needs & entire team effortPerforming other work-related duties as assignedCommunicate effectively with crew members and site supervisionWhat You Bring :
Must be highly motivated and able to work independentlyPossess effective verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work efficiently within a teamAbility to solve complex problems using logical reasoning and critical thinkingWilling and able to travel to multiple sites within Phoenix area as directed by site supervisionPossess a phone and willing to use to communicate with team and site supervisionStrong mathematical knowledge is an assetAbout The Company : Onni
