Minimum Requirements

• ? Board Certified in Family Medicine
• ? Certifications : ACLS and BLS
• ? Active and unrestricted medical license in Alabama (by start date)
• ? Minimum 3 years of outpatient primary care experience
• ? Proficiency in chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, COPD, CHF, obesity)
• ? Experience with electronic medical records
• ? Strong diagnostic, organizational, and communication skills
