As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution location, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with visitors and staff, and deliver exceptional customer service. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and / or suspicious behavior.

Document and report observations, incidents, and / or irregularities according to Allied Universal and client protocols.

Assist with access control and visitor management as required by site-specific policies.

Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter unwanted activity and provide reassurance to employees and visitors.

Minimum Requirements :

Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.

Customer service experience is preferred.

CPR and / or First Aid certification is preferred.

A Guard Card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
