Position : Per Diem, Nurse Practitioner - Cardiac Cath Lab

Shift : Per Diem, Minimum 2 Fridays per month, 6 : 30a-4 : 30p

Experience :

1. Two years Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant experience required in Cardiology.

2. A minimum of two years nursing experience in related clinical area preferred.

Education :

1. Completion of a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program required.

2. MSN required.

Licensures / Certifications :

1. Licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nurse Examiners as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) or Physician Assistant (PAC).

2. BLS certification required.

3. ACLS certification required.

4. ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support) with in 1 year from start of employment.

5. Additional certifications specific to specialty may be required or preferred. Refer to the specialty addendum.

6. Successful completion of the MLH credentialing process through the Medical Staff office, with temporary or permanent privileges approved.
